Gay is from Knoxville, Tennessee and currently lives in Halls. She graduated from Central High School in 1979 and attended Tennessee State Area Vocational School. She has worked in the legal field since 1980 and joined Young, Williams, Kirk Stone, PC in 1992. She is married to David and they have two children, Staci and Brent. They also have one grandchild, Ethan. Staci is married and lives in Fountain City. Brent is an upcoming Senior at Halls High School and plays football, Her family attends Beaver Dam Baptist Church. They are also involved in various fundraising events for Halls High School and the Halls Community and are passionate UT sports fans.
